PROOF: The POS 360β’ β Terms of Purchase

PROOF: The POS 360β’ is part of the People Optimization Systemβ’ and is sold and delivered by Dove Development & Consulting, LLC ("we," "us"). When you check the box at checkout, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept them as plain as we can.
What you are buying
- An online 360 survey about how you lead, answered by you and by the people you invite.
- A private leader hub where you invite your raters and see who has finished.
- Your Leadership Advantage Report, prepared by us from your raters' answers.
- If you added it at checkout, a 60-minute virtual debrief. Book it once your report arrives, within 90 days of delivery.
What PROOF is, and what it is not
PROOF is a development tool. It shows how the people around you experience your leadership so you can decide where to grow. It is not a performance review, a psychological or clinical assessment, or a hiring or selection tool, and it should not be used to make decisions about anyone's pay, discipline, promotion, or employment.
Your raters
You choose who rates you. We recommend 8 to 12 people who have worked with you for at least three months, within the last six months. Peers and direct reports need at least three responses each to be shown as their own group; smaller groups are combined with another group before anyone sees them. Your manager and board, if you invite them, are shown on their own, and those raters are told so before they begin. Please only invite people who have agreed to take part. We email each rater their invitation and up to two reminders, and nothing else.
Timing
We deliver your report within five business days after your last rater finishes, or after you tell us you're ready to close the survey.
Your report belongs to you
You own your report and decide who else sees it. If your organization purchased PROOF for you, the sponsor named by your organization also receives your report under a separate Sponsor Agreement, and you and your raters are told that before the survey opens.
Confidentiality
Your raters' names are never attached to their answers. Our team prepares your report from the answers without names, and we edit written comments only to remove details that could identify the person who wrote them. Our Data and Ownership Policy explains exactly what we collect, who sees what, and how long we keep it.
Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout and is paid in full when you purchase. Launch pricing is available through March 31, 2027.
Refunds
If you ask before any invitations have been sent, we'll refund your purchase in full. Once invitations have gone out, the work has started and the purchase is not refundable. A debrief that isn't booked within 90 days of your report being delivered expires.
What we do and don't promise
We promise to deliver what's described above, carefully and on time. We can't promise particular results; what you do with your report is up to you. Our total responsibility to you for anything related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for decisions you or anyone else makes based on a report.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. We may update them from time to time; the version in place when you purchased applies to your purchase.
