We launched the Leading At The Next Level program in late 2018, soon after delivering our Emerging Leader Development course for the very first time, with a goal of providing an "ongoing resource for your leadership journey." Building on the idea John Maxwell taught us through The Law of Process, "Leadership develops daily, not in a day," we felt a responsibility to provide more than just a finite course. Since then, we've delivered new live lessons in the program every month (typically two) and we've built a comprehensive library with close to 200 hours of content.
