PROOF: The POS 360โข โ Sponsor Agreement

When an organization arranges PROOF: The POS 360โข for its leaders, one person at the organization is named as the sponsor in the proposal, invoice, or order. This agreement sets out what the sponsor receives and the commitments the organization makes in return. Those commitments are what allow raters to answer honestly, which is what makes the report worth having.
What the sponsor receives
- The full Leadership Advantage Report for each leader named in your proposal, invoice, or order.
- Completion status while the survey is open (how many raters have finished, never who).
- A team picture across leaders, once at least three leaders at the organization have completed PROOF.
What the organization agrees to
- Development only. Results will not be used in performance reviews or in decisions about pay, discipline, promotion, termination, or hiring.
- Raters stay protected. The organization will not try to identify who said what, will not ask raters about their answers, and will not take any action against a rater because of their participation.
- The leader goes first. Each leader receives a private debrief of their report before any joint conversation with the sponsor.
- The report stays with the sponsor. The sponsor will not share a leader's report beyond the sponsor without that leader's agreement.
- Raters and leaders are told the truth. The organization agrees that raters and leaders will be told, before the survey opens, that the sponsor will read the report.
Responsibility
The organization is responsible for how it uses PROOF results. If results are used in a way this agreement doesn't allow, the organization agrees that any resulting claims are its responsibility and not Dove Development & Consulting's, and agrees to cover any costs we incur because of that use.
Everything else
Pricing and payment are as outlined in your proposal or invoice. The PROOF Terms of Purchase and our Data and Ownership Policy also apply. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
How this agreement is accepted
No signature is needed. The organization accepts this agreement when it approves our proposal, pays our invoice, or checks the box at checkout, whichever comes first. The person who does so confirms they have the authority to agree on the organization's behalf.
