Wes met Phillip Read almost fifteen years ago to the day but had limited interaction until they reconnected through mutual friends a few years later. Their friendship grew slowly until Phillip accepted the Chief of Police role in Bridgewater, VA and became part of the Executive Leadership Elite Think Tank. Since then, we've seen Phillip build an outstanding team and provide exemplary leadership for the citizens and business owners he serves.
In this session, we'll talk with Phillip about his clear purpose for accepting leadership responsibility in such a demanding profession and the values he models for his team each day.
