I remember exactly where I stood during the first phone call I had with Jordan Rohrer nearly a decade ago. Since then, we've built a great working relationship and an even stronger friendship. When we met, Jordan had just acquired The Power Connection, a company dedicated to helping agricultural and residential clients keep the lights on through any power outage through back-up generator service. Over time, TPC grew to include commercial and industrial generator design, installation, and service. In 2020, Jordan made a very intentional decision to add full service electrical contracting to what the company offered. Since taking ownership in 2016, TPC has grown from 10 team members to nearly 100 - and the culture has become one of the best we've ever seen.
In this session, we'll talk about how Jordan finds purpose in leading the team based on his core values and how he intentionally models those for the entire community he serves. We'll also discuss our partnership on The 2026 LeadershipLegacy Experience (and his role at the event).
