Craig Johnson has over 35 years of business experience in the financial services industry, ranging from start-up companies to national organizations.  After three decades in Corporate America, Craig left his role as CEO of a company with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue to pursue a dream of building a family business. Through each role, purpose has been key to Craig’s success.

Over the last several years, we've developed a great friendship with Craig Johnson, his family, and their entire team at Waynesboro Landscape and Garden Center, the Virginia Boxwood Company, and All Seasons Irrigation and Lighting. They've provided one of the best examples of leading with purpose, around a clear set of core company values, that we've ever seen.
