IMPACT Leadership Academy & Executive Leadership Elite Think Tank โ Program Terms

These terms cover membership in the IMPACT Leadership Academy and the Executive Leadership Elite Think Tank. Our Terms of Use and Purchase also apply, and our Strategic Leadership Coaching Terms apply to the coaching sessions included in your membership. Where your proposal or invoice says something different, it takes precedence.
What membership includes
- One program year, with group sessions held quarterly on dates we publish in advance.
- Twelve one-hour Strategic Leadership Coaching sessions, scheduled monthly with the coach you choose.
- Access to Leading At The Next Level for the program year.
- The other benefits described on the program page for that year.
Payment
Membership is paid in full for the program year, at checkout or by invoice. We don't offer payment plans as standard. If you need one, talk with us, and anything we agree to will be in writing.
Keeping your rate
Members who stay continuously enrolled keep their rate when they renew for the next program year. If a membership lapses, rejoining is at the current rate.
Refunds
If you cancel before your intake session or your first group session, whichever comes first, we'll refund your membership in full. After that, membership is not refundable.
If someone moves on
If a member leaves their organization or can't continue, the organization may name another leader to take the seat for the rest of the program year. In the Think Tank, the new member needs to meet the membership criteria below. Memberships aren't refunded in this case.
Attendance
- Members attend at least three of the four quarterly group sessions.
- IMPACT members attend at least ten of their twelve coaching sessions.
- Make-up sessions or an alternate may be possible if you let us know in advance.
- Coaching sessions not used by the end of the program year expire.
If we need to reschedule a group session, we'll let you know as early as we can and set a new date.
Confidentiality
What's shared in the room stays in the room. Members keep the specific situations and personnel issues discussed by others confidential, inside and outside our sessions and discussion forum.
Conduct
These groups work because members come ready to act, bring solutions as well as problems, and treat each other with integrity. We may end a membership for unethical behavior, a breach of confidentiality, a sustained lack of engagement, or being a consistent source of negativity in the group. A membership ended for these reasons is not refunded.
Think Tank membership criteria
- Members are owners or executives responsible for at least $2 million in annual revenue and lead a company or work group of at least ten people.
- Our public group is limited to 20 members and admits no more than one member from any competing market.
