Meet Cindy Dove
Cindy Dove is a nationally recognized thought leader, trainer, and executive coach with a proven track record of helping organizations in every cross section of industry build stronger, values-based cultures and achieve measurable results. Working together with her husband and business partner Wes, Cindy provides practical tools that supervisors, managers, executives, and owners can apply immediately to strengthen leadership, communication, and team performance company-wide.
Cindy is an approved recertification provider with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) through Dove Development & Consulting, which has also worked with Virginia's Department of Labor (DPOR) to have coursework approved to count toward the classroom hour requirement for registered apprenticeship programs.
Cindy is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant through Personality Insights and a Certified Trainer, Speaker, and Coach through Maxwell Leadership, where she also served for multiple years on the President's Advisory Council. She brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare — spanning operations, hospice, and sales — along with close to 10 years in manufacturing, giving her firsthand, ground-level experience in exactly the leadership and communication challenges she now helps other organizations solve. Cindy and Wes were each recognized by Real Leaders as a “Top Impact Speaker,” two of fewer than 100 worldwide, and Dove Development & Consulting was presented with the Global Golden Business “Emerging Star Award” in late 2025.
Cindy is co-author of Discovering Your Team’s Potential, and her first solo book, Mastering the Inner Work of Leading, is scheduled for release in early 2027. She is also co-authoring Dove Development & Consulting’s forthcoming “Advantage” series alongside Wes — The Direction Advantage, The Communication Advantage, The Leadership Advantage, The Growth Advantage, and The Experience Advantage.
In addition to helping teams capture lost profitability through stronger leadership, Cindy enjoys time with her children and grandchildren, their rescue dogs, and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
