Turn their performance reviews into development plans, and get help putting them to work.
We build a leadership path around each person’s review and goals: 12–15 lessons matched to their growth areas, with Action Steps you can use in your one-on-ones. Then we walk alongside you as you use them.
What’s included
- Kickoff call (60 minutes) to walk through each person’s review and goals and agree on growth areas
- A custom path for each of your 4 people, with lessons that stay in their library for good
- “How to use it” session (30 minutes) once the paths are live: Action Steps in one-on-ones, reading progress, accountability without micromanaging
- 90-day check-in (30 minutes) to see what’s working and adjust the paths
Your investment
$997 one-time setup + $397 per person × 4 ($1,588) for the first year = $2,585
Next year, renew at $397 per person. No setup fee.
What happens after checkout
1. You’ll get a link to book your kickoff call right away.
2. Bring each person’s latest review (or your notes on strengths and growth areas).
3. We build the paths and let you know when they’re ready.
4. We meet to get you started, then check in at 90 days.
The person paying doesn’t need to be one of the people using the paths. We’ll set up each person’s access after the kickoff call.
