Your Guide For the 2024 LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg Experience with Dove Development & Consulting!

We are excited to have our dear friend Craig Johnson joining us as this year's local emcee!

Craig Johnson was born in Baltimore and earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration (Accounting) as well as his Master's in Business Administration (Finance) from Loyola University Maryland.  He has over 34 years of business experience in the financial services industry ranging from start-up companies to national organizations.  Craig ascended to the position of Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of a super-regional insurance company where he was responsible for 850 teammates and $850 million in revenue operating in 19 states based in Florida.  After serving over 30 years in Corporate America, Craig and his wife Kim moved to Charlottesville to better support aging parents and pursue their dream of running a family business.  In 2021, they purchased the Waynesboro Landscape & Garden Center which had been in existence since 1946.  Two years later, Craig and Kim acquired the Virginia Boxwood Company which also operates out of Waynesboro and had been in business for over 3 decades.  Most recently, in 2024, they purchased both All Seasons Irrigation & Lighting as well as Cornerstone Irrigation to better provide a one-stop solution for customers.  Their son Nathan joined the business in October of 2021 and daughter-in-law Kate will be starting this August.

We cherish the friendship we've been able to develop with Craig, his family, and their entire team. We have tremendous respect for all he's contributed to our local community in just the last few years and we're thrilled to have him join us for this event!
