LIVE2LEAD is designed to equip you with new perspectives, practical tools and key takeaways. You'll breathe new life into your leadership during this information-packed session. By hosting this event, we hope to provide you with the opportunity to learn from world-class leadership experts without leaving town, gain access to the top leaders our area has to offer, and return to your office ready to implement your new action plan and lead with renewed passion and commitment.

Since 2015, we've hosted a public LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg event at Blue Ridge Community College's Plecker Workforce Center. In 2019, this event was attended by well over 200 people from more than 75 different organizations across Virginia! Beginning in 2018, we began hosting an Executive Summit session immediately after the main event that focused on provided a networking and best practice sharing experience for business owners and high level executives. And we had everything worked out to carry all of this forward for the 2020 event, then came COVID...

Due to Virginia Phase 3 guidelines, we were only allowed to host 50 total people in the event on October 23. With that being the case, that day was geared toward the business owners and executives that have previously participated in the Executive Summit session that closed out the 2018 & 2019 events. But rest assured we provided several options for taking care of everyone else in one way or another, be that through the first-ever Virtual LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg experience on Friday, October 9, a second Virtual option on November 13, or through a private Live2Lead experience we're able to host directly with your team...

The Sixth Annual LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg featured exclusively licensed content from world class leadership expert John C. Maxwell, Kat Cole, Steve Harvey, Craig Groeschel and Alan Mulally!!! This leadership development experience is designed to equip attendees with new perspectives, practical tools, and key takeaways.

The 2020 EXCLUSIVE Local Leadership Keynote featured two of our area’s most effective voices on leadership, Wes and Cindy Dove with Dove Development & Consulting, who provided a message covering Navigating Leadership Roadblocks: Critical Steps for an Effective Leadership Transition that could be applied immediately in your own organization and your personal leadership journey!

As we continue to work to make Dove Development & Consulting the premier leadership and professional development resource in the Shenandoah Valley, we invest a tremendous amount of effort into making sure this annual event gives you more value that anything else of its kind at a local level!
