Join this workshop and discover your areas of working genius, your working competencies, AND those areas that just drain you of joy and energy…your areas of working frustration.

Leaders can improve their organizational health and productivity by helping their people discover their area of Working Genius through this proven productivity tool. Knowing these areas and applying actionable takeaways from our training empowers leaders to boost productivity, team culture, effectiveness, and morale.
