Our Second Year Bringing This Experience to Life
From 2018 through 2024, our “Executive Summit” was the capstone session at the close of LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg — a single afternoon that consistently became the most talked-about part of the day. In 2025, we gave it room to become something bigger: a nearly full-day experience built entirely around interactive lessons and structured peer discussion, rather than one afternoon session tacked onto someone else's event.
One piece of that first year stood out above everything else in participant feedback: after each lesson, we completely reset the room — new tables, new faces, new conversations — so that everyone left having built relationships with three entirely different groups of leaders, not just the table they happened to sit down at first. It was a logistics challenge behind the scenes. It was worth every bit of it. We're doing it again in 2026.

A Structured Day Built Around Brand-New Content
Every lesson you'll hear on October 16 is drawn from a book Wes and/or Cindy are currently writing — material no public audience has heard yet. You're not getting a preview of ideas we've already published; you're in the room while these ideas are still being shaped.
Here's how it works:
- Three All-New Lessons — One opening lesson from Wes and Cindy together, followed by a solo lesson from each of them, every one pulled from an upcoming book.
- Three Rounds of Roundtable Discussion — After every lesson, you'll work through discussion questions built specifically around that topic — designed to surface real best practices, not small talk.
- Three Different Peer Groups — We reset the room after every session, so by 3:30 you'll have built real working relationships with three separate groups of business owners and leaders — not just the table you happened to sit at first.

Wes and Cindy Dove are nationally recognized thought leaders, authors, and trainers with a proven track record of helping organizations in every cross section of industry improve productivity and increase profitability by providing practical tools that supervisors, managers, executives, and owners can apply immediately to build stronger values-based cultures and create a best-in-class leadership environment that attracts great talent and achieves measurable results.
Wes & Cindy are approved recertification providers with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Dove Development & Consulting has also worked with Virginia’s Department of Labor (DPOR) to have coursework approved to count toward the classroom hour requirement for registered apprenticeship programs.
Both Wes and Cindy are Certified Human Behavior Consultants as well as Certified Trainers, Speakers and Coaches through Maxwell Leadership, and Wes holds a professional credential (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Wes was recognized by Real Leaders as one of the top 80 Executive Coaches worldwide in 2025. Wes and Cindy were each listed by Real Leaders as “Top Impact Speakers”; two of less than 100 worldwide. Additionally, Dove Development & Consulting was presented with the Global Golden Business “Emerging Star Award” in late 2025.
In early 2024, Wes published What’s KILLING Your Profitability? (It ALL Boils Down to Leadership!), which became a #1 Best Seller on Amazon. His second book, Leading With A Clear Purpose, was released in February 2025 and also became an Amazon #1 Best Seller. Wes’s third book, The Values Advantage, was released February 2026. As with the previous two, it also hit #1 on Amazon.
